Characteristics
Characteristics:
Plants with widespreading naked stolons, giving off rhizoid-bearing
branches and foliar branches above; erect branches often quite close
together, with stalks 1-3 cm long ending in flat linear-oblong to
linear; blades simple or sparingly branched, regularly opposite pinnate,
the pinnules usually merked upcurved, very strongly compressed, contracted
at the base, tapering towards the tip and mucronate.
